Friday, July 6, 2012 – Check - In
Registration
2:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Upper level from Lobby – Take elevator/ up one level.
2:00 pm - 6:00 PM Clinics - Adults Only


6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
No Host Cocktail Gathering to be held at a location to be announced. This is an
opportunity to get together with old friends and to make new ones. Let's enjoy the
fellowship and camaraderie of our fellow practitioners and supporters. Swimming pool
will be opened for use.

Hospitality Suite Available every nite after 9:00 PM.
Suite will be announced at registration


Saturday, July 7th, 2012 - Clinics and Pupu Party Day
7:45am - Opening Ceremony

8:00am - 6:00 pm     Clinics
Adults - Hibiscus Room

Youth - Carnation Room

6:00pm -Closing Ceremony.

6:00pm - 9:00 pm
Pupu Gathering - Carnation Room - No Host Bar

Sunday, July 8, 2012 - Tournament and Banquet Day
7:45am - Opening Ceremonies

8:00am - 12:00 Jujitsu and Karate Tournament (Additional clinics depending on numbers.)

12:00PM – 1:00 PM Lunch

1:00pm - 5:00pm Jujitsu and Karate Tournament (Additional clinics depending on numbers.)


2:00 pm - 4:30 PM - Special Visit to Prof. Okazaki's Gravesite. Pre-registration required. Wiil be hosted by Prof. Sam Luke.

6:30pm - 9:30pm
Special Awards and Recognition Banquet
This banquet will feature a buffet style dinner.
Hospitality Suite opens thereafter.


Monday, July 9, 2012
8:00 am - 10:00 am - Organizational Heads Breakfast Meeting – By invitation Only.


Important Notice:
We’ve worked out a deal with the hotel whereby you can extend your vacation either before or
after the event. In any case, the hotel will honor the Ohana Rates for your entire stay. This is an
opportunity for you to take that long Hawaiian vacation you’ve always wanted. We have also
secured other hotels within Waikiki. Those rates will be posted shortly.
Special Tours can be arranged and you will be picked up (and dropped) right at the hotel for your
convenience.
